“Fiat 500” is two different cars, both on UK sale between 2020 and 2025, and they share almost no bulbs. Check which one you have before ordering anything.
Fiat 500 Hybrid (series 312, 1.0 FireFly petrol)
Conventional halogen headlamps: H7 dipped and H7 main, with H3 front fog. Some cars were built with D1S gas-discharge dipped beam instead — if yours has xenon it takes D1S, and the front indicator changes from WY21W to PY24W.

Fiat 500e (series 332, electric)
The entry Action trim has halogen headlamps using a single dual-filament H19 for both dipped and main beam. Passion, Icon and La Prima have LED headlamps with no replaceable bulb. No front fog lamps are fitted to any 500e.

Quickest way to tell them apart: the 500e has no exhaust and a charging flap on the nearside rear wing. A registration lookup will separate them properly.
How to Change the Headlight Bulb
On the 500 Hybrid, the headlamp bulbs are reached from behind the unit in the engine bay. Unplug the connector, twist off the dust cover, release the retaining clip and swap the H7 without touching the glass.
On the 500e Action, the single H19 handles both dipped and main beam, so one bulb failing takes out both functions on that side. On LED-equipped 500e trims there is no bulb to change and the headlamp is replaced as a unit.
MOT note: a blown headlight bulb is an automatic MOT failure. Replace headlight bulbs in pairs so the beam stays even.
Can You Fit LED Bulbs Instead?
Not legally on either car. The 500 Hybrid left the factory with halogen (or xenon) headlamps and the 500e Action with halogen, so a retrofit LED bulb in those housings is not road legal in the UK and is an MOT failure.
The LED-equipped 500e trims are a different matter — those headlamps are type-approved as built, and there is nothing to retrofit.
